RESTORATIVE

PORCELAIN INLAYS

A porcelain inlay is similar to that of a filling, in that they both fit snugly inside the cusps of the tooth to replace the decayed portion. However, the process of making the inlay is more similar to making a crown, because it is crafted in a dental laboratory to precisely fit your tooth. It takes approximately two visits to restore a tooth with a porcelain inlay.

PORCELAIN ONLAYS

A porcelain onlay is made to fit your tooth exactly and is bonded in place to strengthen and protect the damaged tooth. Similar to a crown, the onlay protects and covers the tooth’s biting surface. The onlay only covers the biting surface of the tooth, where a crown covers the entire tooth. An onlay is also crafted in a dental laboratory and it will take approximately two visits to restore a tooth with a porcelain onlay.

WHITE FILLINGS

Porcelain and composite resins provide an attractive, natural look for restoring strength and durability to your tooth. These resins are bonded directly to your tooth which is custom-colored to match your teeth. This state of the art technology has resulted in not only a durable and long lasting filling material, but a cosmetically pleasing one also.

ALL-PORCELAIN CROWNS

The development of stronger porcelain materials allows us to make crowns entirely out of porcelain. All-porcelain crowns maintain a translucency that makes them hard to tell from natural teeth. The problem of a dark line at the edge of the gums is eliminated because there is no metal. All-porcelain crowns are a simple and natural looking choice to improve your smile and restore your damaged teeth. The procedure can be conveniently done in one day.
